    当研究室で開発した不斉触媒を用いることで、オキサゾロンの2H-アジリンへの不斉Mannich反応の開発に成功しました。
    この反応により、連続四置換不斉炭素を構築することが可能となりました。
    また、非常に珍しいオキサゾロンの2位に不斉反応し、ケチミンへの世界初の反応例を見出しました。

    新規なイミダゾリン-リン酸ハイブリッド型触媒を設計・合成した。設計した触媒を用い、アジリジンのTMSNCSによる不斉開環反応を検討したところ、高立体選択的に反応が進行することが明らかとなった。得られた生成物は、生理活性物質に多く含まれるβ-アミノチオール、β-アミノスルホン酸へと変換することが出来た。
