この反応により、連続四置換不斉炭素を構築することが可能となりました。

新規なイミダゾリン-リン酸ハイブリッド型触媒を設計・合成した。設計した触媒を用い、アジリジンのTMSNCSによる不斉開環反応を検討したところ、高立体選択的に反応が進行することが明らかとなった。得られた生成物は、生理活性物質に多く含まれるβ-アミノチオール、β-アミノスルホン酸へと変換することが出来た。

県境にやさしい多成分連結型の合成手法の開発は強く望まれている。本論文では、我々が開発したピリジンビスイミダゾリンー亜鉛錯体を用い、アルデヒド、アミン、亜リン酸エステルの三成分連結型反応による光学活性αアミノホスホン酸の合成を行った。これまでに、報告されている例は一例しかなく、本手法は基質一般性も高いことを明らかにした。

新規の不斉有機触媒として8-キノリンスルホニル基を有するプロリンアミド触媒を設計合成した。この触媒を用いて、トリハロメチルケトン、イミンへの反応を検討したところ、高エナンチオ選択的にアルドール反応が進行することが明らかとなった。分子軌道計算を用いて、分子内水素結合が選択性の発現に重要な役割を果たしていることを明らかにした。
