The promotion of renewable energy, such as photovoltaic generation (PV), may worsen demand and supply balancing in the power system due to the large generation fluctuations of weather conditions in renewable energy. The electrolyzer for hydrogen supplying called the power to gas can regulate demand and supply balancing as alternative resources. The authors had developed a novel method to optimize the operation of microgrid consisted PV, battery, electrolyzer, and auxiliary equipment regarding hydrogen supplement participating in the reserve market economically. Previous research by authors evaluated the cost evaluation of hydrogen supply by electrolyzer in microgrid under optimization in ideal conditions based on time-series data of actual transaction prices in supplemental reserve market in Transmission and Distribution Grid Council (TDGC), and the spot market in Japan Electric Power Exchange (JEPX) had been performed. This research evaluates the cost of hydrogen supply based on the 2021 fiscal yearly actual prices and frameworks of domestic (Japan) and abroad (Germany) markets. Moreover, the evaluation reveals the effect of the cost of hydrogen supply on the difference in markets.

When Install a microgrid system (MGS) for consumers, it is important to install equipment according to the load of the consumer. Therefore, we will optimize the capacity of each MGS facility from the viewpoint of life cycle cost (LCC), which is the sum of initial cost and running cost. As an optimization method suitable for this, we propose a method that optimize the capacity of each MGS facility by particle swarm optimization (PSO) based on a one-year MGS operation plan using patterned data and mixed integer linear programming (MILP). The problem with this method is that it takes a long time to calculate the yearly operation. By expressing the customer data for one year with four types of pattern data while maintaining the characteristics of the data for each season, the amount of calculation required for the operation plan can be reduced and the optimum installed capacity can be obtained within the practical time.
When the proposed method was executed under multiple conditions and a case study was conducted to find the installed capacity, problems and room for improvement due to the randomness of PSO were clarified, but the combination of installed capacity with a small LCC was found. -

近年、地震や台風などの災害の増加・規模の拡大が深刻になりつつあり、社会インフラの中核を担う電力システムの耐災害性を向上させることは、今後ますます重要な課題となるだろう。その一方で近年、需要家が所有している可制御機器(需要家リソース)を電力系統の運用に貢献することが期待されており、地理的に分散しているリソース群の活用により、災害によって電力系統が分断された際にも、電力供給を安定的に継続できる可能性が高まる。そこで本研究では、電力系統に分散的に設置されている需要家リソース群の活用を前提とした平時・災害時の運用手法を確立するとともに,災害により電力系統が分断された際に需要家リソースの活用によって電力供給の信頼度が向上する可能性を評価する。

近年導入が進んでいる自然変動電源により,電力系統内の需給バランスや電力系統全体の電圧が不安定化することが懸念されている。この問題を解決するために,需要家が所有する蓄電池やコジェネ等に代表される可制御の負荷や電源の機器(リソース)を活用することが検討されつつある。しかしながら,その需要家リソースの活用能力は,リソースを所有する需要家の振る舞い(本来用途)によって左右される。また需要家リソースの多くは,系統規模の小さい配電系統に地理的に分散して存在しているため,需要家リソースの活用能力をより明確化するためには需要家の振る舞いに加え,配電系統内の局所的な地点の電圧や配電設備の容量超過などの系統内の影響の考慮も欠かせない。申請者はこれまで,需要家の振る舞いを考慮した確率的な需要家リソース群の活用方法を開発した。そこで本研究では,検討したリソース活用方法の実証試験環境として,需要家リソースが多数設置されている模擬配電系統およびリソースの通信・制御システムを構築し,需要家リソースの活用能力を評価すると共に,需要家リソース活用を前提とした配電設備の容量設計や最適な構成に関する検討を行う。
