A point of view and approach different from the security measures of the OA systems such as PCs are necessary for cyber security measures for the control system that safety is the most important. Assuming any protection will be broken, the countermeasure against cyber attacks, which can avoid serious hazard even when a part of protection system fall down, is discussed.
