    SmNiO3 (SNO) 薄膜を石英ガラス基板上に成膜合成した。SNOは700°C では低い結晶性だが、 800°Cで焼成すると高い結晶性を示す。これらの膜は転移温度前後で光の透過率は変化しないが、種結晶膜上に700℃で合成したSNOは転移温度前後で透過率が変化を示した。
