    The sin-gas acetone concentratiopns increase following 60% HRmax cycle exercise for 30 min. Thus, the potable skin-gas acetone analyzer using in this study is reliable and useful to measure skin-gas acetone concentrations from the fingertip.

    水素水摂取と水素ガス吸引がシグナル伝達物質と遺伝子発現に及ぼす影響を検討するために本研究を行った。水素水摂取は肝臓と心房の水素濃度が一時的に増大した。しかし動脈血と腎臓の水素ガス濃度は肝臓の1/10であった。水素ガス吸引は心房と動脈血水素濃度は同じ値であった。水素摂取は肝臓のNF-κBが減少した。水素水摂取と水素ガス吸引の併用が最も良い効果をもたらした。

    5週令の肥満ラット(オス)をL-アルギニン摂取、運動トレーニング、運動+L-アルギニン摂取、運動トレーニング及びL-アルギニン摂取の4群に分け4週間飼育を行った。L-アルギニン摂取はラットの尻尾から放出される一酸化窒素濃度は他の3群に比べ有意に高い値を示した。これらの結果からL-アルギニン摂取は皮膚ガス一酸化窒素濃度を増大させることが明らかとなった。

    ストレプトゾトシン注射により糖尿病ラットを作成し、ラットの尾部から放出されるアセトン濃度を測定した。糖尿病ラットの血糖値及びβ-ヒドロキシ酪酸はともに対照群に比べ有意に高い値を示した。糖尿病ラットの尾部から放出されたアセトン濃度は対照群に比べ有意に高い値を示した。これらの結果から、ラットの尾部から放出されるアセトン濃度はインスリン依存性の糖尿病ラットのマーカーとして有用であることが明らかとなった。

    3才から5才の女児を対象に重心動揺を測定した。5歳児の重心動揺は3歳児に比べ重心動揺は少なかった。3歳児の重心動揺の増大は身長に依存すること、重心動揺の少ない幼児は立ち幅跳び、反復横とび能力と関係することが明らかとなった。また重心動揺が少ない幼児は重心位置が踵からつま先、左足方向に移動することが明らかとなった。
