    X-ray maeasurement and FE simulation have been performed to verify the hypothesis concerning the fatigue strength of a bolt thread root based on the residual stress.

    The thread-shaped gauge with nozzles was developed for the thread pitch measurement for nuts by using air micrometer.

    ねじの疲労強度に関する仮説検証の一環として,ねじ転造によってねじ谷底に発生する残留応力分布を3次元FE解析で求め,同一材料で作成した環状丸溝試験片の解析及びX線応力測定結果,並びに熱処理後転造ボルト及び転造後熱処理ボルトの疲労試験結果をもとに,その妥当性について検証をおこなった。
