    近年、環境調和型溶媒として、水が注目されている。そこで、ケトンへの水中での不斉アリル化反応を検討した。触媒として、当研究室で開発したt-ブチルカルボニル基を導入したイミダゾリン触媒を用い、藩王を検討したところ、比較的、高立体選択的に反応が進行することが明らかとなった。

    世界で初めて、アジリジンをニトロエステルの酸素部位で酸化的開環反応をして、光学活性αアミノケトンを合成した。用いる触媒としては、これまでに全く検討例のない、テトラゾールを導入したシンコナアルカロイド触媒で高立体的に生成物を得ることに成功した。

    マロン酸ハーフチオエステルのα,β-不飽和エステル類への共役付加反応を行いました。マロン酸ハーフチオエステルの共役付加反応はいくつか報告例が有りますが、α,β-不飽和エステルへの不斉反応例は、これまでに報告例がありませんでした。我々の研究室で開発した不斉有機分子触媒を用いることで、高収率・高立体選択的に生成物を得ることに成功しました。
